New American bistro in Edgartown with French, Italian and Spanish influences, open since 1999. Chef-owner Christopher Stam (Jean George, Spice Market, DB Bistro) also created Wicked Burger. Three dining concepts share one roof, there is a late-night menu, and the wine list holds a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
