Aquinnah restaurants

Checked October 7, 2026. Updated with every build of the site.

Aquinnah is the westernmost town on the island, at the end of the up-island road. It is the home of the Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head (Aquinnah), and the town took its present name in 1997. The clay cliffs and the brick Gay Head Light stand at its tip, and the few restaurants and snack shops cluster at the cliffs and along Moshup Trail and State Road.

The guide lists 4 places in Aquinnah: 0 that say they stay open year-round and 4 that close for part of the year. Nearly everything here is seasonal and keeps short hours even in summer, so the confirmed date on each page is worth a look before the drive out. The nearest year-round tables are in Chilmark and West Tisbury.

Seasonal 4

These close for part of the year. Where a restaurant has announced its last day or its reopening, its page says so. Announced dates are also on the 2026 closing dates page.
