About Sharky's Cantina
JB Blau opened it in 2005. Margaritas made with 100 percent fruit juice and no mixes, 19 wing sauces and rubs, organic chips, and house-made salsa and tortillas. It is the only Sharky's left, since the Edgartown location closed on December 31, 2022.
