About The Wave Restaurant & Bar
Opened 15 May 2026 in the former Garde East space on the Vineyard Haven Marina, with a dining room and an outdoor deck bar over the harbour. Owned by Milan Basnet, who also runs Easy Street on Nantucket, with Kieren Thornton in the kitchen after ten years at Galley Beach. A short menu that changes with the season and leans on local ingredients.
