Ben DeForest's restaurant, now in its 12th season, with an art-filled room, an open kitchen and locally sourced ingredients. Creative cocktails and mocktails, served as written with no modifications. It moved from 14 Kennebec Ave to 6 Circuit Ave, the former Oyster Bar space, in 2023, and Yankee Magazine named it a Best of New England.
