On a hilltop above the fishing village, 7-acre estate with spectacular views of Vineyard Sound and Menemsha Harbor. Part of the 'Inns at Menemsha' brand. Owners Bob and Sarah Nixon (former owners of The Homeport). 1898 farmhouse — built from shipwreck timber. Prix fixe dinners $65–$80. Themed nights: Burger Night (Fri), Taco Night (Sat), Jamaican Jerk Night (Sun). Breakfast 8–10:30 AM for guests and the public. Obama dined here in 2013 (Barack: lobster, Michelle: mussels). Trail leads to Menemsha Beach.
