Dinner on a 7-acre hilltop estate above Menemsha, with views across Vineyard Sound and Menemsha Harbor; Cape Cod Life named it Best View Restaurant. The 1898 farmhouse was built from shipwreck timber, it is part of the Inns at Menemsha, and owners Bob and Sarah Nixon used to own The Homeport. Prix fixe dinners run $65 to $80, with Burger Night on Friday, Taco Night on Saturday and Jamaican Jerk Night on Sunday, and breakfast is 8 to 10:30 AM for guests and the public. The wine list has a Wine Spectator Award, the Obamas ate here in 2013 (lobster for Barack, mussels for Michelle), and a trail leads to Menemsha Beach.
