On a hilltop above the fishing village, 7-acre estate with spectacular views of Vineyard Sound and Menemsha Harbor. Part of the 'Inns at Menemsha' brand. Owners Bob and Sarah Nixon (former owners of The Homeport). 1898 farmhouse built from shipwreck timber. Prix fixe dinners $65–$80. Themed nights: Burger Night (Fri), Taco Night (Sat), Jamaican Jerk Night (Sun). Breakfast 8–10:30 AM for guests and the public. Obama dined here in 2013 (Barack: lobster, Michelle: mussels). Trail leads to Menemsha Beach.
